Bus going to Albay are found at Cubao. We rode the 6 PM bus, So it is better to be there atleast an hour so to buy tickets.
The Bus going to Albay are southbound from Manila. We arrived Albay around 6 AM. The purpose of going to Albay is to go to Donsol, Sorsogon to swim with the whale sharks. This will be covered on next blog.
The bus terminal where we got tickets was once found in front of Ali Mall. Now they are renovating the place, I think they are going to build a Condo Unit there. Regarding the Bus they are still around that area, but nearer now to Gateway Mall.
So we rode on the 6 o' clock bus. I have to warn you the night bus in Philippines especially at night are extremely cold, so I advise you bring a warm clothing and blanket if you will be riding an overnight bus.
But if you do not like riding long hours, you better book an airline tickets. From Manila to Albay just 1 hour vs the 12~13 hours bus ride.
