From Manila you ride a bus going to Lucena Grand Terminal about 5 hours. Then from there ride another bus going to the port of Atimonan about 1 hour, then finally you ride a boat going to Perez, in Alabat island about 1 hour. The total travel time is about 7 hours. This Saturday December 17, 2011, we are bound to go to Perez to attend the Christmas party of the youth, but unfortunately we did not reached Perez, because there was no boat to cross us, this is due to the big waves that happen on that day. We only reached Atimonan Port. This is a learning experience before going to an island it is better to confirm first the situation on the port, this can be done by contacting the proper authorities. Well I took pictures of the contact numbers of Atimonan Port so to avoid similar situations in the future.

The first time I went to Perez, Alabat was May 2010, after then almost once a month in 2010 I visit there.
The west side of Alabat is facing the Pacific Ocean, and the east is the Lamon Bay. The Waters of Lamon Bay is so calm sometimes you can see blue Flying fish jumping from the waters as the boat threads the sea..
