Pampanga's Giant Lantern Festival

The Philippines is a Christian nation, that is why Christmas is the most important season.
Every December every year, there is a festival held in my hometowm.
The Festival is called "Ligligan parol".
The lantern's diameter is about 5.5 meters (18 Feet) .
There are lots of electric bulbs inside the lanterns.
The light bulbs blink on and off in sync with Christmas songs.
These giant lanterns features lots of different designs that glows like rainbow in the dark.
